The Dry Electrostatic Preciptator by Save Eco Energy is technologically designed and engineered to extract fine dust particles from hot gases in kilns, boilers, and processes where temperatures rise to 420 °C (788 °F) by means of an artificial electrostatic charge. Therefore, it is mostly used for hot gas dedusting of incineration plants and in metal production.
In processes where fine dust and highly abrasive gaseous particles escape the Dry Electrostatic Precipitators, the Wet Electrostatic Precipitator armed with an extremely versatile de-dusting system is used to trap particles using condensation techniques. They are excellently suitable for the separation of finest water drops covered with dust, aerosols as well as exhaust gases containing tar and oil.
