SaveEco Energy has engineered the Dry Electrostatic Precipitator that works excellently to extract ultra-fine dust particles from hot gasses in kilns and boilers for multiple industries. This time we got opportunity to work for Malaysian industry.

The palm oil industry in Malaysia is growing throughout the year of it sustainable approach in terms of production and environmental protection. This industry also produces a considerable amount of particulate emission from the process of burning its Biomass waste of Palm fibre shells in the Boiler.

The ash generated from the combustion of fuel is released at the stack. To separate the dust particles RR Beth & Save Eco Energy India (SEE) designed a Dry-type ESP installed in the year 2019 at Malaysia for their 40 TPH Boiler. This ESP is handling flue gas volume of 185000 Am3/hr at 280Degree C.

The specially designed ESP is having tested an Outlet Emission of less than 43mg/Nm3 even though it has been ordered for a higher emission rate of 150mg/Nm3.

The following features have been adopted for high sustained collection efficiency:

The aerodynamically balanced Collecting Electrodes are having very high dust retaining capacity and exhibit comparatively good vibrational characteristics.

The Emitting Electrodes are made of corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel which are having a short span of multi-peak electrodes, and these are mounted on Tubular Frame which minimizes vibration-induced breakage.

Design of tumbling hammer-based Rapping arranged for both Collecting Electrodes & Emitting Electrodes is good for proper impact as well as ideal for dislodgement of sticky dust from electrodes for better performance of ESP.

Design for providing Inlet & Outlet Gas Distribution Screen is good for uniform distribution of gas through ESP electrical field for the healthy operation of ESP.

Design for providing a Mechanical & Electrical Interlocking system is ideal from a safety point of view, and it is impossible to enter inside ESP during the operation of the system.
