SaveEco Energy, with immense passion, zeal and study has developed apex Filtration solutions for many reputed steel plants.We got great opportunity to work for Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd.
The major challenges in the project were right from conceptualizing a scheme as well as planning a suitable layout to suit the space constraints at the site, to offering a complete system.
We commissioned a brownfield ESP project for a 90 MW power Indonesian coal-fired Boiler exhaust for this plant. Although the plant had 3 fields of Electrostatic precipitators in place, the emissions were as high as 500 mg/Nm3.
The key parameters of the ESP were as follows:
- Volume: 220000 AM3/Hr. @ 145 Deg C
- Inlet dust load: 80 gm/NM3
- Emission: Less than 30 mg/NM3
We upgraded the installation by revamping the existing 3 fields as well as adding two new fields, there by guaranteeing the emissions within 30 mg/NM3, as per the latest norms. The project was completed in a very short time and has given proven results than the required norms. By delivering the results in this challenging project, SaveEco Energy has Successfully provided a complete solution to this Integrated Steel Plant’s long-standing problem
